Cardigan: The Limited | Skirt: Express | Shoes: Ninewest | Clutch: Thrifted, Plato's Closet | Brooch: Monet, Macy's

I love classic black and white combos and timeless closet staples like my zebra print skirt. I've had it for five years now which seems like forever. Can't imagine my closet without it. Considering the cost per wear ratio, I'm sure it was worth however much I paid for it.

Animal prints are the new black whenever fall and winter roll around, so let's see if I can keep this skirt for another five years.

  1. Black and white is classy! I like the zebra print skirt.. It reminds me of a skirt I own! :)

    1. You should style it and post it on your blog! If you do, let me know :)

  2. Love love love this one! I like the off black pantyhose it just gives it an elegant look, the only thing I would do differently is bring down the brooch a little lower..I think it's too high. You give me so many ideas, for example I never shopped in Target until I started following your blog..now I think I am going to check out Express..for some reason I always stick to your conventional JCP, Ross, Macy's Marshalls etc. And the only way I wore brooches was unless they came attached to the garment..now I am going to start my own collection. Thanks for sharing looking forward to more!

  3. This is lovely. Brooches are so classy, I love that brooch!

  4. Your smile is so calming, and peaceful, seeing your post int he bloglovin' feed it actually made me smile! :) And I am still smiling! :) I bet you touch so many lives! <3

I hope you can stop by my bloggie too!
