Blazer: Forever 21 | Shirt: Old Navy | Skirt: JCrew | Shoes: Urban Outfitters | Bag: Ross
Today is April Fool's Day. Am I the only one who wonders why there is no day dedicated to the wise? The things I wonder sometimes...
I stole this striped shirt, cobalt blazer, denim, and bright mustard shoes idea from Kendi. (See outfit pin here and Kendi's original post here.)
Hope you all had an amazing Resurrection Sunday!
Only one more day to enter the Sole Society Giveaway for a chance to win a free pair of shoes!
the first two photos are captivating. Your expressions are really modelesque. Contrast of the Mustard shoes, it really brings the entire outfit together.

DeleteHi Typhanie!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog! So much fashion inspiration! You need your own TV show! I have a quick question...What is your opinion on wearing stockings? I am asking because to be honest, I don't like wearing them at all!! I abhor them! When it is colder, I will possibly wear them..but even then I would rather wear a longer skirt with socks and knee high boots than to have to deal with stockings! Does your church frown upon women who don't wear stockings? There are some members in my church who will look at you crazy if you walk in without stocking and then there are some that don't really care either way..what is your opinion of this? Thank you sooooo much!
I don't mind wearing stockings. I wear stockings religiously on Sunday mornings to church (they just make me personally feel modest and put-together), but I don't necessarily wear them to Sunday night service or bible study. I also wear stockings in business settings when I wear a suit... Or if I know ahead of time that the building is going to be cold. lol!
DeleteSo, that is how I wear stockings. I don't know if I have a stand per se... I can understand why the older people prefer to see young ladies in stockings, but on the other hand, I would never consider a young lady indecent or under-dressed if she chooses not to.
Hope this helps :)
